Sleepy Dragons were once kept as pets. Their easy-going nature and calm demeanor made them favorites everywhere, from massive stone castles to straw-covered huts. They prefer a cozy rug in front of a crackling fireplace over the dank caves where some of their larger cousins live.
History
One of few dragons to be fully domesticated, it’s thought that Sleepy Dragons were first discovered by ancient Celtic forest dwellers. Over time, they became staples in castle great rooms, often spending days on end dreaming near stone fireplaces. Archeologists occasionally report sighting Sleepy Dragons snoozing in the ruins of medieval castles.
